How Long Do I Have to File a Personal Injury Claim in Texas?

According to the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code section 16.003, you have two years to file a claim for your personal injury case before the statute of limitations ends. If this happens before you file a claim, you will most likely lose your right to file along with your opportunity to recover compensation.
